Shipping policy

We will aim to dispatch your order the same working day before 3PM. Orders placed after 3PM will be dispatched next working day. In the unlikely event your item is out of stock, we will notify you straight away by offering you an alternative or new delivery date. 

Standard delivery costs £6.98 (inc. VAT) for orders below the value of £150. Orders over £150 qualify for free shipping*

Delivery on orders to Highlands and Islands of Scotland will be charged at £13.99 (ex VAT)

Delivery on orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly will be charged at £19.75 (ex VAT)

Both of these areas are excluded from free shipping.

Delivery

We will always package your order securely to ensure your item(s) arrive safely. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, i.e., the packaging is damaged, you must notify us straight away. In this instance, you can either;

a) refuse delivery and your order will be returned to us. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be sent.

b) instruct the delivery driver to take a photo of the damaged packaging which will be recorded for dispute.

An image of any damaged or defective products inside the packaging must be sent to us immediately to enquiries@wihadirect.co.uk

Failure to complete these steps may result in us being unable to offer a full refund.
