Refund policy
Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery, with a valid proof of purchase.
- Whilst our team work hard to ensure a next day delivery, mistakes can happen from time to time. In the rare event you are sent an incorrect item, we must receive the incorrect items back before we dispatch any further products. We will refund your postage fee of up to £5.00 with a valid proof of purchase receipt.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at enquiries@wihadirect.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Where possible, please notify us of your return via email.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.
- Please keep a copy of your Proof of Postage.
- Goods are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive back at our warehouse.
4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- In the event we need to open a claim with Parcelforce, please note that we are unable to issue any refund until the Parcelforce investigation has concluded and will depend on the outcome of the investigation.
5. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your item for another item, please contact our customer service team who will advise.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item for a prompt resolution.
7. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee may be applied to returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are outside the specified return window at the discretion of management.
8. Cancellation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on the order processing stage.
